Love Sonnet XVII

I do not love you as if you were a salt rose, or topaz
or the arrow of carnations the fire shoots off.
I love you as certain dark things are to be loved,
in secret, between the shadow and the soul.

I love you as the plant that never blooms
but carries in itself the light of hidden flowers;
thanks to your love a certain solid fragrance,
risen from the earth, lives darkly in my body.

I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where.
I love you straightforwardly, without complexities or pride;
So I love you because I know no other way

than this: where I does not exist, nor you,
so close that your hand on my chest is my hand,
so close that your eyes close as I fall asleep.

Winter Sweet - Chimonanthus

Autumn rises tonight in love
the mountains smelled of rosemary and honey
and I am looking silent at the wet ground
beauty hurts like a burning coal

I ask the sky for a kiss and the sky gives me dust
but when I want you to get cut from the heart's spindle
The doors stir and the lock turns
The wind whistles at me. If you are going to come don't be late

Take off your clothes and take water from my eyes and wash
separation, remember, is a
chimonanthus.
I lived in sorrow at day and at night
I leave you in the wind to find you in the light

Love , has fears and dreams for supper before it breaks
Solitude becomes a saint at pain's country church
And I, that I ask for a sorrow to scar me
before the light has set, I will deny you again

Take off your clothes and from take water my eyes and wash
separation, remember, is a chimonanthus.
I lived in sorrow at day and at night
I live you in the wind to find you in the light

Chimonanthus Praecox / Winter Sweet is a cold resistant shrub. It flowers in the winter and its little very strongly scented, yellow, star shaped flowers last for months.

The Tango of Love

It takes Two to Tango.
Two to share the same Passion.
The same Eager to Synchronicity.
No one leading. Both Following, Feeling, Inspiring, Responding, Expanding, Connecting.

" When you dance tango you must give everything. If you can not do that, do not dance."
Ricardo Vidort
