Floral design can be practiced everywhere. Just look around and you can find all kinds of different materials to make your flower arrangement.
Here is what I made on the beach.

Want to do something with your balcony to start using it?
Get some plants. If you can’t or don’t want to buy new plants, rearrange the ones you already have or get tree branches and place them in your pots. You can also get natural looking fake greenery.
Get wooden fruit holders, boxes from your local grocery store and decorate them. Place candle holders on top of the wooden surface.
Use old vases or other decorative objects you have and don’t use.
Paint any pots you want to change with acrylic paint (mixed with water).
Add some candles. Light them up.
And voilà! Enjoy your transformed balcony. The new decoration will make you want to use your balcony again.
